Delivery Rider
Deliver grocery baskets to households across Nairobi on a motorcycle or bicycle. You'll be the face of SupaSoko at the doorstep.
- Valid motorcycle licence (for motorbike riders)
- Familiarity with Nairobi estates
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
- Reliability — customers count on timely delivery
Operations Coordinator
Coordinate basket fulfilment, supplier pickups, and rider dispatch. You keep the daily operation running smoothly.
- 1+ year experience in logistics or operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and basic spreadsheets
- Can work early mornings (orders pack from 6am)
Customer Experience Lead
Own the customer WhatsApp experience — handle order queries, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels looked after.
- Excellent written Swahili and English
- Patient, empathetic communication style
- Experience in customer service (any sector)
- WhatsApp Business fluency
Supplier Relations Associate
Build and maintain relationships with our wholesale suppliers. Negotiate pricing, coordinate quality checks, and manage purchase orders.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understanding of Nairobi wholesale markets (Gikomba, Wakulima, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping habits
